Greg and his team completed our new build and we were extremely satisfied with the final product. The team was efficient, easy to work with, and stuck to the approved budget as much as possible. The quality was exceptional and has held up over time - even with kids and pets! The ease of this build really took the stress out of creating a home from scratch, and we would recommend Saltaire to anyone looking! Greg has also completed some commercial work for our company as well, where his experience was beneficial and he was an asset to the team.

I recommend Saltaire wholeheartedly. They were the best contractors and interior visionaries I have ever worked with. Their communication, planning and execution were top notch. Because I live a fair distance away, Greg and Liz did everything with very little input from me. They diagnosed what needed to be done, identified the building and decorative solutions and executed. Greg and Liz made everything happen seamlessly. The outcome is amazingly beautiful…not a drop of misplaced paint or misaligned lines and everything works perfectly. There was no punch list!

Saltaire and Greg Hammond build our home, and seven years later, built our auxiliary garage and upgraded our secondary property (with a tenant living in it).
